The Crowd Roars at Sold out Brett Young concert on Aug 11 20189

On Aug 11 2018 Ken Shelton Promotion brought to the little town of Bay City Michigan Brett Young Concert. It didn’t take long for this show to be sold out not just in VIP ticket but also general admission ticket as well.

People came from all over Michigan and even the surrounding state to see the huge performance of Brett Young on the little Wenonah Park Stage. But before Brett Young would take the stage there was some great warm up act that would get the crowd pump up for his performance.

To start the show was the star-spangle banner sung by Ken Shelton own daughter (who earn her spot to sing this honor).

But the first band to start off the concert  would be the Todd Michael Band.  Playing there version of modern rock and roll country that would get the people standing and clapping to the word. He would also not only play a few of there original song but some of the crowd favorite from other artist as well. Following up his performance he would then walk down to sign autographs and take photo with his fans.

Cj Solar would then take the stage bring a bit of a southern country style to the stage with a big hair rock looking band. They would rock the way into the heart of there fan and those that came out to see Brett Young.

As the Cj Solar would end there music night in bay city. Brett Young would be about to take the stage. But to keep the crowd pump up in between set a Dj would keep everyone going.

Brett Young would come on to the small stage with a pumped up energy from the crowd who started call his name just before he would come on stage. He would be sporting a blue shirt and jeans ready to rock the night away. As he performed to the crowd that would get up out of there chairs and began to dance in the spot they had pick out for the the concert. The music would keep them going for one while wild at the sold out show.

This major concert was brought to you by Wilson Ford. Along with great music there was a variety of thing to eat. From great BBQ by That’s Guy’s BBQ to pizza and mexican food as well. For drink there you have the option of soda to one of the the two beer stations and mix drink need.

So over all you had the a chance to get great food while have fun listening to wild night of music. If you miss this show you have to drive far away to Brett Young while he is on his tour.

But if your looking for another big concert in the small town Bay City Michigan. You can check out Kip Moore on Sept 13 2018.

Fires Fly’s- Flint Firebirds On A Roll Wednesday Jan 31 2018

The fires of the game seem to start dying out on the Flint firebirds as the season look to be ending. However just like the great bird of life and out of it ashes raised an even greater bird, so to have the Flint firebirds are starting to rise out of the ashes. On Wednesday Jan 31 2018 saw the firebirds hopes of make it to a play off game.

The firebirds started the game with the first goal of the night playing ageist the Saginaw Spirits on a power play. That is how the first period of the game would end. The Second period would find the firebirds in a fight for there life as the Saginaw spirit would come back and score a goal in the second period to tie up the game one to one.

As the struggle went on for the puck would hit the half waypoint of the game. It saw the Saginaw spirits score their second goal of the night to go one up on the Flint firebirds with a very heart fight as their goalie would put his heart behind every block shot that the Saginaw would throw at him before they score.

As the second period would end and the last started the Flint firebirds saw their heart sink. As the last period began to close it saw what make the Firebird as a animal that can be never counted out. Coming out of the ash of possible loosing the game Flint in the last minutes to score a tie goal pushing the game into over time.

The Firebirds rose out of the ash to start the five-minute sudden death over time period with the first score would win the game. As the spirit would get the puck to start it the Flint firebirds wouldn’t allow that by stealing the puck and scoring the winning goal to steal the home ice back form the spirits. This would start a weekend run for the Flint Firebirds. Cause on Friday they would to fight Sarnia Sting.

The firebirds would take the fight to Sarnia by winning game 3 to 2 on home ice. As the firebirds would rise to keep the winning streak going they then when on to rematch the Saginaw spirit on their home ice on Saturday Feb 3 2018. But this time the spirit would be too much of a match for the Flint firebirds by loosing the game 3 to 2. This would stop the snap the three game-winning streak that the firebirds were on.

So as the season begins it slowly draw to the 2018 play off season can we see the firebird make a come back just the great bird for which it named after or will it just be the end of the season, as we watch the rest of the season go on. We will have to see what happens and if they can pull a comeback.

Now for those that never have been to a hockey game before the Flint Firebird would be a great team to start with. There home ice is located in the great state of Michigan and the city of Flint. Their playing field is called the Dort Federal Event Center. The Flint Firebird offer great price packages for ticket. This year they even saw something new for them with teaming up for home game with the eastern food bank. Allowing fans, and those that never been to a game to bring non-perishable food item for discounts on tickets. Each home game offer different promotions nights, for example on Wednesday happen to be college and the firebird would give discount on hot dog and other great items for you to enjoy the night of the game. So if you’re looking for something to do be sure you go and check out the flint firebirds. There new home game will be on lover day Wednesday Feb 14. 2018 with the puck dropping at 7 pm.

As thousand of artist came from all the United States to this annual expo to show off there works of art and allow people that might have a favorite artist from another state a chance to get that work of art they always wanted to have tattoo. There was a verity of artist doing all type of tattoo work from old style black and white to color, Small or large there was something for everyone.

As you take your right up to the forth floor, you start off you journey into the world of tattoo. After starting by getting the ticket for you and your family as it was open to every one of all ages. You had the chance to take a walk and buy some great tattoo supplies along with buying that t-shirt or jacket from the event or those that love ink but haven’t got one could buy special t-shirt and other clothing items so you could show off your support.   But the first out ring wasn’t just supply you could even get a chance be made up with some sexy make-up or non-piercing body jewelry. But for those that did have body jewelry this was also the chance to check out some of the local body jewelry that was on hand for yea to buy. Walking around the outer ring you might had the chance to see how tattoo got there start as one local artist was doing old style non machine tattoo (ie think old world tattoo art with out any electric, See blow for image of it).

Once you done with the outer ring this is you change to walk in to pick out what tattoo artist you would love to get some art fun or watch them do some great art on other people. Depending on what path you take around the inner part of the event that is jammed with artist and people looking and getting tattoo you also had the possibility to pick up a few other thing form sings to after care tattoo and other lotion items.

Here was your chance through the weekend was a chance to enter if you had that favorite tattoo you wanted to show off with the stage contest. All weekend long they host contest for many different style of tattoo. For example on Saturday you could have enter one of the following areas of tattoo for a chance to win a award and help your local or favorite artist name get out there. Some of the contest category where Black and white (Small, Medium or Large One winter for each), Color (Small, Mediums or Large), Best Portrait, Best Over all, Best Lettering and then final Best of the day. Each category had contestant enter in more then one piece of tattoo, at one point in the contest one person wasn’t afraid to show off his full body tattoo as he was cover form head to toe (see photo in gallery). They’re where many different winner and some repeat winners each showing off the one tattoo that they wanted the most. There even was one couple that one of them was the winner and the other one was runner up.

But beside the tattoo experience that was going on you could even take the chance to for an extra cost sit in some seminars from some big name in the tattoo industry. These Seminars included for those that stay the night or came in early in the morning was a chance to do and learn yoga then you could follow it up with learning all about tattoos from black and gray the luck of the draw to tattoo machine tuning and repair.

To end the day if you happen to stay the whole day at the event and was feeling a bit over whelmed you could stop by and get a nice relaxing massage from two couple of ladies that was offering them just for tips only.

So over all this was the place to be to check out what some people would call the poor man art. It was like walking through a art gallery that you got to see art (tattoos) from many different style and image weather is was a portrait or something from the fantasy like your favorite characters. There even was tattoo that people got to shoot of their local color and heritages.
